Training and support plan

You will have access to our extensive range of training plans which we have built up over our years of coaching. You also have access to our coaching community and support groups, along with an account on our training platform, regular group discussions, recordings and training resources. 

What you get:

Access to our general fitness and training plan, with the option to request an event specific training plan at any time (only one event specific plan is permitted at any one time).

An account on our bespoke training platform. This is where your training sessions and plan will be located, you can move sessions around yourself to suit your own individual needs.

Full access to all of our training and instructional videos and resources.

Full access to our coaching community and event specific support groups where you can ask questions and benefit from the experience and knowledge of the wider community and all of our coaches, helping you to feel supported and not in it all alone.

Access to our regular group discussions and recordings

On the training platform you also get access to "The Pulse, a central location to view upcoming events, Strava activities, recent tutorial videos, social media and lots of other useful content from Cavill Coaching.

1 to 1 coaching

We start with a blank plan and, following an initial consultation and assessment where we find out more about you and what you want to achieve, we build up a bespoke training plan. Both the long and short term are mapped out, based on you and your needs, time available and long term plans.

You have the ability to record your training on the plan, provide feedback and record any details you would like to. The plan also includes strength and conditioning sessions tailored to you with full details and videos of all the exercises within them. This is something that can be overlooked in running plans and we believe in the value of adding this to your routine so much that we have created everything you need ourselves.

Your training plan is specific to you and can include all elements of exercise, such as swimming, cycling, strength and conditioning. We are happy to incorporate anything, depending on you, what you need and what you enjoy doing!

We then support you through your training, explaining any sessions, exercises, effort levels; anything you need to know, we will be there to help you through it.

A summary of what you get as a minimum:
